How we work

  • We take care of the end-to-end management of your project. We select and coordinate the contractors who will be involved on site.
  • We request and review contractors’ quotes to ensure they meet your needs, avoiding overruns and unexpected surprises.
  • We present a final quote that will include the specification of all detailed line items and the bill of quantities for the works to be carried out.
  • We draw up the work schedule to meet the agreed delivery date.
  • The technical lead from our team assigned to your project will remain in constant contact with the contractor team, coordinating the different interventions and carrying out regular site visits.
  • We supervise and organise the entire project: materials, transport and installation.
  • We pay special attention to detail, the differentiating factor of a high-quality refurbishment.
  • If your project requires it, our technical department, including architecture and engineering, can handle the processing of permits, prepare and submit the preliminary design to obtain them, develop and implement the health and safety plan, and complete all the legal procedures required to meet the project’s requirements and regulations.
