How We Work

  • We meet with you to listen to your ideas, needs and proposals, capturing all the relevant information in a detailed brief.
  • We analyse your office dynamics and workplace environment to understand the essence of your company and the image it projects.
  • Using all the information gathered, our design team begins to shape and conceptualise the project. We develop ideas and present them visually through plans and mood boards.
  • Once the final proposal has been agreed, we define the finishes, materials and furniture selection in detail. This allows us to create 3D visualisations that show you exactly what the space we have designed for you will look like.
  • We prepare an initial budget covering every element of the project and review it with you, refining it according to your needs until the final budget is agreed.
  • Finally, we prepare the detailed design drawings, floor plans and section drawings that will guide the project delivery.
  • We manage the delivery of the project and provide site supervision.
  • If required, our technical department, comprising architects and engineers, can manage licence applications, prepare and submit the preliminary project documentation, draw up and implement the health and safety plan, and handle all the legal procedures required to comply with the project specifications and applicable regulations.
