Earpro & EES
Refurbishment of the company’s national headquarters.
Office building refurbishment and fit-out project to support the company’s relocation, including the creation of new showroom spaces.
Client: EARPRO & EES
Project: National corporate headquarters
Floor area: 2,305 m² across 5 floors
Workstations: 70
Furniture and materials: Forma 5, Inclass, Mobboli, Limobel, Eco Cero, Envatech, Interface, Nexia
The client approached us to relocate and bring together all its departments in a new office building in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, distributed across several floors.
In addition to accommodating the entire team, the company wanted us to design the new spaces it needed to support the continued development of its business.
One of the project’s main challenges was the tight programme established by Earpro. All building works, fit-out and furniture installation had to be completed within three weeks in August, enabling the new headquarters to open when the entire team returned from their summer holidays.
A technology-led entrance
A lobby that conveys the client’s identity from the moment people arrive: technology, organisation and a forward-looking vision. The entrance area incorporates lockers to maintain a clean, organised aesthetic throughout the workplace.

Bespoke acoustic rooms
Purpose-designed technical spaces equipped with acoustic panels allow sound testing to be carried out without external interference. This is an example of how office design can respond to highly specific technical requirements without compromising on aesthetics.
