A new summit for Wholecontract<\/h3><\/div>

Every great adventure begins with a vision. Ours, like Hillary and Tenzing\u2019s on Everest, is to climb towards a stronger, more recognisable Wholecontract\u2014one that is more closely aligned with its purpose. This is how Plan Sherpa was born: a strategic roadmap designed to transform our positioning and consolidate our presence in the workplace strategy market.<\/p>\n

Plan Sherpa represents a comprehensive transformation. It responds to an essential question: how do we want to be perceived in a market as competitive as workplace design and refurbishment? The answer lies not only in what we do, but also in how we tell our story.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is Plan Sherpa?<\/h3><\/div>

It is much more than a strategic plan. It is a collective process of reflection, alignment and shared ambition. A process in which we have listened to every perspective: our team, leadership, clients and industry experts. We have analysed our strengths, identified our weaknesses and recognised new opportunities to build a more authentic and effective narrative.<\/p>\n

This in-depth assessment has allowed us to look inward with honesty and outward with clarity. It has challenged us to redefine our priorities, highlight what makes us different and simplify our messages without losing depth.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our analysis revealed an urgent need: to communicate more effectively who we are and the value we provide. To express our values, methodology and human-centred approach to design with confidence. It means turning communication into a genuine driver of growth\u2014not only commercially, but also in terms of culture and reputation.<\/p>\n

More than a plan: a commitment to our purpose<\/h3><\/div>

At Wholecontract, we do more than design offices. We design experiences, relationships and culture. We take a people-centred approach, understanding that the workplace should be an extension of each organisation\u2019s purpose.<\/p>\n
